The training started with the usual registration of participants followed by a short opening program where Mr. Julian D. Canonoy, principal of the BAHS gave the welcome remarks. Balagtas Agricultural High School being the Top 1 Regional ICT Training Center among the Tech Voc schools in Region III was one of the highlights of his speech. He encouraged teachers to train other teachers in their respective schools and districts as part of the support in promoting the use of ICT in schools. Mr. Virgilio L. Laggui, the ES1-ICT, gave the orientation, presented the schedule of the training workshop and cited the expectations of the workshop.

The training matrix was programmed in three consecutive days. The participants were given the

time to further enhance their skills in Photoshop and Creating Ten Column Worksheets.

On the first day, the resource speaker presented the different versions of Adobe Photoshop from

Adobe Photoshop 7 to version 10 Creative suites 4.He introduced Adobe Photoshop Creative Suites 2, the graphics editing program to be taken up on this training-workshop. Some samples made on photoshop such as wedding albums, tarpaulins, edited pictures were shown Demonstrations on the use of photoshop immediately followed and the participants were given files to edit. Participants enjoyed creating their own penguin cartoon image.

On the second day, some killer tips and short cuts on using photoshop CS2 were uncovered.

Participants were asked to maximize the use of left hand to relieve the right hand and make the work easier and faster. There are three things to consider in making tarpaulin: the message, the audience and the format. Each participants designed a tarpaulin for their computer laboratory room.

Creating Ten Column Worksheet was introduced on the last day. The speaker guided the

participants on how to analyze the problems, adjust the entries to finally make the Ten Column Worksheets. Since most teachers has no background of basic accounting, confusion occurred which prompted the speaker to explain the topic further.

The success of this training-workshop would not be possible without the Competent
